The Rafter Brace is used to add additional side support to a floor joist. Pro Mountings recommends using a Rafter Brace with any heavy bag mount that is attached to a single floor joist. The Pro Mountings Rafter Brace will support joist from 12" spacing up to 18" spacing.

  • Spring action reduces vibration and noise to the room above
  • Mounts to one ceiling joist from bottom and side for rock solid mounting
  • For heavy bags 120lbs - 200lbs - all mounting hardware included
  • All 1/8" steel construction- powder coated to last
  • Support brace to help reduce noise and vibration even more
